Elaine Litherland is a documentary photographer based in Sarasota, Florida. Her work has been recognized with national awards from Pictures of the Year International and the National Press Photographers Association, among others.

Elaine has spent the last ten years working for some of best small newspapers in the country for photojournalism, including The Herald (Jasper), The Concord Monitor and The Naples Daily News. She is currently on staff at The Sarasota Herald-Tribune.
